I have been coaching Mary for a year now and she is such an inspiration to me. I get to witness, each week, her positive attitude, courage and perseverance at work as she continues to welcome the principles of coaching in to her life. She says her ‘go-to’ tools are breathing, imagery and reframing thoughts. I see the message for others is how Mary has found a safe place, through her writing, where she can travel on her own and find a welcome respite to her physical and emotional pain.”
